No two hour keynotes. No boring people. No awkward situations.

Scrum Days are different!

And last year we’ve made it! Hundreds of people learned something new about Scrum.
Thousands of business and personal partnerships came to life. Ask around. Scrum Days really are different.

Last year we have observed an interesting phenomenon. Every conference that happened after ours have adopted solutions we have introduced. That means, we have set the standard for agile conferences way higher than anyone before us. Our goal is to foster collaboration and self-organization. We will give you a set of tools and many things to organize yourself around. You are the owner of this conference. Use your power!

Encounter

Meet speakers – each of them will have time for you individually. Encounter other interesting quest in open spaces available throughout the conference. Try to find your counterparts with a jigsaw puzzle and meet new people!

Grow

If you never experienced coaching – here’s the chance! Professional Life Coaches will be at your service during days. Find an employer or an employee – there will be a spot where you could have a preliminary interview if you’d like.

What tracks can you choose from this year?

PROCESS TRACK (The Scrum Mindset)

The change in thinking, agility and treating people like people. 18-minute TED-style talks. Mixed basic and advanced subjects, so that everyone will find something interesting. Aimed at changing your thinking: The Agile Mindset, The Future of Scrum and why you don’t want to do Scrum.

PRODUCT TRACK (The Product Mindset)

Product. Value. Market. 18-minute TED-style talks. Purely product and market sessions. Aimed at understanding what to focus on. How to say “No”, build trust and what actually is a User Story – the most abused tool in the Scrum universe.

EXPERIENCE TRACK (Touch And Try)

Didn't have enough of keynotes? Would you like to dive deeper? This is the place. To experience what skills support Scrum and what our keynotes think when asked for a second thought.

EXECUTIVE TRACK (High Level People, High Level Subjects)

High level reality. Live cases presented by Executives themselves. Organizational culture, real transformations, real challenges and how to overcome them with 9000 people.

AFTERNOON WORKSHOPS AND OPEN SPACE (Deep Dive)

A set of useful tools for all the Scrum roles - story mapping, working with teams, shepherding organizations. 3-hour workshops will happen after lunch, so that you have power to dive deeper! Dives will feature: Team coaching, people contracts, PO game and many more.

FAQ

What is the Executive Track?

It’s an exclusive event available only for executives and Top Management. Every person signing up for it is being carefully reviewed. Therefore, we are sure that the level is right. The main idea behind is to give you fruitful partnership with other companies and supply you with first-hand experiences people of your level should be aware of.

How long is it?

It’s one day. On Friday you will be greeted with a breakfast with speakers, then talks and deep dives will follow. In the afternoon, after lunch, a workshop will follow.

If you wish you can attend also the rest of the conference. And this part of it is exclusively for the likes of you.

What subjects can I expect?

Experiences from large companies, high-level management, scaling, transformations, overseeing cultural change, international collaboration and leading agile organizations.
